The original was perfect, this sequel out did the original and is by far a masterpiece among science fiction movies. The story brilliant, the acting superb, Lucas at his best, and plenty of Darth Vader and Yoda. I first saw this movie long ago when I was four, and in amazement I became a loyal fan of the STAR WARS movies. The Yoda we see here is a wise mystic who lives on a far off planet and teaches young Luke Skywalker to be a Jedi. Unlike the Yoda we've seen in the recent prequels, this Yoda is far better and is believable that he is a true Jedi Master. Over the years, the original STAR WARS trilogy has been re-released with deleted scenes and still to this day Empire Strikes Back remains to be my favorite with or without the deleted scenes. This Empire Strikes Back BIG.
